1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Bathurst Regional Local Environmental Plan 2014 (Amendment No 7).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to part of the land known as Alec Lamberton Field, being part of

Lot 7, DP 620655, Lee Street, Kelso.

4 Amendment of Bathurst Regional Local Environmental Plan 2014

(1) Schedule 4 Classification and reclassification of public land

Omit “Nil” from Part 1. Insert instead:

Kelso Part of Lot 7, DP 620655, Lee Street, being part of the land known as Alec Lamberton Field, identified as “Operational Land” on the Land Reclassification (Part Lots) Map
