1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Bathurst Regional Local Environmental Plan 2014 (Amendment No 2).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lot 7, DP 263393, 67 Woodside Drive, Mount Rankin.

4 Amendment of Bathurst Regional Local Environmental Plan 2014

Schedule 4 Classification and reclassification of public land

Omit “Nil” from Part 2. Insert the following:
