1 Name of Plan
This Plan is Bathurst Regional Local Environmental Plan 2014 (Amendment No 12).
2 Commencement
This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
3 Land to which Plan applies
This Plan applies to the following land:

| (b) | part of Lot 10, DP 842947, 296 Ophir Road, Stewarts Mount, |
| (c) | part of Lots 1 and 2, DP 1215901, 597 Eleven Mile Drive, Eglinton, |
| (d) | part of Lot 2, DP 1233661 and part of Lot 1, DP 176203, Limekilns Road, Kelso, |
| (e) | part of Lot 421, DP 1176436, Ashworth Drive, Kelso, |
| (f) | part of Lot 5, DP 847225, 197 Limekilns Road, Kelso, |
| (g) | Lot A, DP 408013, Edgells Lane, Kelso, |
| (h) | certain drainage reserves and Council-owned land in Llanarth, West Bathurst, Eglinton, Kelso, Robin Hill and Windradyne. |
4 Maps
The maps adopted by Bathurst Regional Local Environmental Plan 2014 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.
