1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Bathurst Regional (Interim) Local Environmental Plan

2005 (Amendment No 6).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Part Lot 2, DP 1117707, known as Clear Creek

House, 281 Clear Creek Road, Clear Creek.

4 Amendment of Bathurst Regional (Interim) Local Environmental Plan 2005

Schedule 5 Environmental heritage

Omit “620 Clear Creek Road” from the matter relating to item I108 in

Part 1.

Insert instead “281 Clear Creek Road”.
