An Act to transfer the Bathurs t Market to the

Municipal Council of Bathurst .	[22nd April,
1864.]

WH E R E A S t h e year one thousand e ight h u n d r e d and forty-seven Be i t therefore

i t is expedient to t ransfer to t h e Munic ipa l i ty of

B a t h u r s t t he M a r k e t established in t h e Town of B a t h u r s t in

enacted by the Queen ' s Mos t Exce l len t Majesty by and wi th t he advice and consent of t h e Legis la t ive Counci l a n d Legislat ive Assembly of N e w South W a l e s in Pa r l i amen t assembled and by the au thor i ty of

t h e same as fo l lows:—

1. The M a r k e t established in t h e Town of B a t h u r s t in t h e year

one thousand e ight h u n d r e d a n d forty-seven u n d e r t h e A c t th i rd

Victor ia n u m b e r n ine teen a n d all l and and estate a n d all personal p roper ty of whatsoever k ind belonging the re to or usua l ly held a n d enjoyed the rewi th or held in t r u s t therefor or for t h e purposes thereof a re hereby transferred to and vested in t h e Council of t h e Munic ipa l i ty of B a t h u r s t in t r u s t for and subject to t h e several purposes a n d pro­

visions of t h e " Municipal i t ies A c t of 1 8 5 8 . "

2. This A c t shall be styled and may be ci ted as t he " B a t h u r s t

M a r k e t Ac t of 1 8 6 1 . "
