Application for relief from unfair dismissal - compensation.
[1] In proceedings today I determined that Mr Alogaidi’s dismissal by Prosperity Property (Aust) Pty Ltd, now Agad Property Consulting Pty Ltd, was harsh, unjust or unreasonable and that compensation was deemed to be the appropriate remedy.
[2] My reasons for decision were given in transcript.
[3] An order for compensation has been issued separately to this decision.
