BARRISTERS' BOARD AMENDMENT RULES (No. 3) 1991

Made by the Barristers' Board under section 6 of the Legal Practitioners Act
1893 and section 25 of the Interpretation Act 1984.
Citation
1. These rules may be cited as the Barristers' Board Amendment Rules (No. 3)
1991.
Commencement
2. These rules shall come into operation on the day on which the Legal
Practitioners Amendment Act 1990 comes into operation.
Rule 21 amended

3. Rule 21 of the Barristers' Board Rules 1949* is amended—

(a) by inserting after subrule (1) the following subrule-

“ (la) For the purposes of section 9 (c) of the Act the fee of $100 is

prescribed. '; and

(b)

in subrule (2) by deleting "sum of $25.20" and substituting the following-

" fee specified in subrule (la) ".
