it is expedient to promote reciprocity in the m a t t e r of

Vic tor ia and Queens land Be it therefore enacted by t h e Queen 's Most Excel lent Majes ty by and wi th t h e advice and consent of t h e Legis la t ive Counci l a n d Legis la t ive Assembly of N e w South Wales in

P a r l i a m e n t assembled and by the au thor i ty of t h e same as follows :—

1. A n y person du ly admi t t ed to pract ice as a Barr is ter in t h e
Sup reme Cour t of Vic tor ia or of Queens land shal l be ent i t led to be

admi t ted to prac t ice as a Barr is ter in t he Supreme Cour t of N e w

Sou th W a l e s upon such t e rms a n d condit ions and p a y m e n t of such
fees as m a y from t i m e to t ime be regu la ted b y a ru le of t h e said
Court .
