I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Barley Research Levy Act 1980.

The Barley Research Levy Regulations are amended by adding at the end the following Regulation:

Growers organisation

“5. For the purposes of the definition of ‘growers organisation’ in subsection 4 (1) of the Act, the organisation known as the Grains Council of Australia is prescribed.”.
