I, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret’d), Governor of New South Wales, with
the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 5 of the Barangaroo Delivery

Authority Act 2009, make the following Proclamation.

1      Name of Proclamation

This Proclamation is the Barangaroo Delivery Authority (Replacement of Map)
Proclamation 2017.

2      Commencement

This Proclamation commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Definition

(1)  In this Proclamation:

the Act means the Barangaroo Delivery Authority Act 2009.

Note. The Act and the Interpretation Act 1987 contain definitions and other provisions that affect the interpretation and application of this Proclamation.

(2) Notes included in this Proclamation do not form part of this Proclamation.

4      Replacement of map

For the purposes of section 5 (2) (b) of the Act, the map marked “Barangaroo Headland Park and Public Domain Map No. 3” is replaced by the map marked “Barangaroo Reserve and Public Domain Map No. 4” and deposited in the head office of the Barangaroo Delivery Authority.

Explanatory note

The object of this Proclamation is to replace the map that identifies land for the purposes of certain

provisions in the Barangaroo Delivery Authority Act 2009 relating to the regulation of that land as a
consequence of the change of name from Barangaroo Headland Park to Barangaroo Reserve.
