I, General The Honourable David Hurley AC DSC (Ret’d), Governor of New South Wales, with
the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 5 of the Barangaroo Delivery

Authority Act 2009, make the following Proclamation.

Part 1 Preliminary

1      Name of Proclamation

This Proclamation is the Barangaroo Delivery Authority (Replacement of Map)
Proclamation 2016.

2      Commencement

This Proclamation commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Definitions

In this Proclamation: the Act means the Barangaroo Delivery Authority Act 2009.

4      Replacement of map

For the purposes of section 5 (2) (b) of the Act, the map marked “Barangaroo Headland Park and Public Domain Map No. 2” is replaced by the map marked “Barangaroo Headland Park and Public Domain Map No. 3” and deposited in the head office of the Authority.

Explanatory note

The object of this Proclamation is to replace the map that identifies land that is the Barangaroo Headland

Park and land that is public domain for the purposes of certain provisions in the Barangaroo Delivery
Authority Act 2009 relating to the regulation of that land.
