This Plan is Bankstown Local Environmental Plan 2015 (Amendment No 5).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land in Zone B4 Mixed Use under Bankstown Local

Environmental Plan 2015.

Clause 4.4A Additional gross floor area for more sustainable development in

Bankstown CBD commercial core

Omit clause 4.4A (4) (c). Insert instead:

(c) the building does not adversely impact on any neighbouring land in terms of visual bulk or overshadowing, and
