Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979.

This Plan is Bankstown Local Environmental Plan 2015 (Amendment No 2).
2 Commencement
This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.
3 Land to which Plan applies

| (b) | 2A Weigand Avenue, being Lots 2 and 3, DP 584511, |
| (c) | 2C Weigand Avenue, being Lot 1, DP 584511. |
