1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Bankstown Local Environmental Plan 2015 (Amendment No 11).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to land to which Bankstown Local Environmental Plan 2015 applies.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Bankstown Local Environmental Plan 2015 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the local plan-making authority on the making of this Plan.

5 Amendment of Bankstown Local Environmental Plan 2015

(1)

Clause 6.13

Insert after clause 6.12—

6.13

Sun access to certain public space in Bankstown

(1)

This clause applies to land at Lot 15, DP 1256167, 74 Rickard Road,

Bankstown.

(2)

Despite clause 4.3, development consent must not be granted to development on land to which this clause applies that results in less than 50% of Paul Keating Park receiving at least 4 hours of direct sunlight between 10 am and 3 pm on 21 June.

In this clause—

Paul Keating Park means the land identified as “Clause 6.13” on the

Sun Access Protection Map.
