1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Bankstown Local Environmental Plan 2015 (Amendment No 1).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to certain land in Bass Hill, Chester Hill, Lansdowne, Sefton and Villawood, being part of the land shown on sheet 001 of the Bankstown Local Environmental Plan 2015 Floor Space Ratio Map and sheet 001 of the Bankstown Local Environmental Plan 2015 Height of Buildings Map.

4      Maps

The maps adopted by Bankstown Local Environmental Plan 2015 are amended or replaced, as the case requires, by the maps approved by the Minister on the making of this Plan.
