1      Name of Plan

This Plan is Bankstown Local Environmental Plan 2001 (Amendment No 50).

2      Commencement

This Plan commences on the day on which it is published on the NSW legislation website.

3      Land to which Plan applies

This Plan applies to Lots 1 and 2, DP 306558, 3 and 5 Leonard Street, Bankstown.

4      Amendment of Bankstown Local Environmental Plan 2001

(1) Clause 29 Classification or reclassification of public land

Insert after clause 29 (4):

(4A)

Land described in Part 3 of Schedule 4:

(a)	to the extent (if any) that the land is a public reserve, does not cease to be a public reserve, and
(b)	continues to be affected by any trusts, estates, interests, dedications, conditions, restrictions or covenants by which it was affected before its classification, or reclassification, as the case requires, as operational land.
