(Amendment No 42)

under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979

1      Name of plan

This plan is Bankstown Local Environmental Plan 2001 (Amendment

No 42).

2      Aims of plan

This plan aims:

(a)

to reclassify the land to which this plan applies from community land to operational land within the meaning of the Local Government Act 1993, and

(b)

to set the maximum floor space ratio for the land to which this plan applies at 1:1, and

(c)

to set the maximum height limit for any building on the land to which this plan applies at 10 metres.

3      Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to part of the land known as Bankstown Showground as shown edged heavy black on the map marked “Bankstown Local Environmental Plan 2001 (Amendment No 42)” deposited in the office of Bankstown City Council.

4      Amendment of Bankstown Local Environmental Plan 2001

Bankstown Local Environmental Plan 2001 is amended as set out in

Schedule 1.
