(Amendment No 32)

under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979

1      Name of plan

This plan is Bankstown Local Environmental Plan 2001 (Amendment

No 32).

2      Aims of plan

This plan aims:

(a)

to rezone the land to which this plan applies to Zone 2 (a)— Residential A under Bankstown Local Environmental Plan 2001, and

(b)

to set the floor space ratio for any building to be erected on the land at 0.5:1.

3      Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to land situated in the City of Bankstown, being Lot 2, DP 505662, and known as 98 Johnston Road, Bass Hill, as shown coloured pink on the map marked “Bankstown Local Environmental Plan 2001 (Amendment No 32)” deposited in the office of Bankstown City Council.

4      Amendment of Bankstown Local Environmental Plan 2001

Bankstown Local Environmental Plan 2001 is amended as set out in

Schedule 1.
