Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979

1      Name of plan

This plan is Bankstown Local Environmental Plan 2001

(Amendment No 3).

2      Aims of plan

This plan aims to rezone the land to which this plan applies to Zone 6 (a)—Open Space under Bankstown Local Environmental Plan 2001.

3      Land to which plan applies

This plan applies to land situated in the City of Bankstown, being part of Lot 102, DP 227849, and known as part of 330 The River Road, Revesby, as shown coloured dark green on the map marked “Bankstown Local Environmental Plan 2001 (Amendment No 3)” deposited in the office of Bankstown City Council.

4      Amendment of Bankstown Local Environmental Plan 2001

Bankstown Local Environmental Plan 2001 is amended by inserting in appropriate order in the definition of the map in Schedule 1 the following words:
