(Amendment No 24)

under the

Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979

1      Name of plan

This plan is Bankstown Local Environmental Plan 2001 (Amendment

No 24).

2      Aims of plan

This plan aims:

(a)

to rezone the land to which this plan applies to Zone 4 (b)—Light Industrial under Bankstown Local Environmental Plan 2001, and

(b) to set the maximum floor space ratio for the development at 1:1. This plan applies to land situated in the City of Bankstown, being Lot 2, DP 208588, and known as 56 Gibson Avenue, Padstow, as shown coloured purple on the map marked “Bankstown Local Environmental Plan 2001 (Amendment No 24)” deposited in the office of Bankstown City Council.
