Banks (Shareholdings) Regulations2

(Amendment)

I, THE ADMINISTRATOR of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Banks (Shareholdings) Act 1972.

Schedule

The Schedule to the Banks (Shareholdings) Regulations is amended by adding at the end the following item:

"3 Lloyds Bank NZA Limited	Black Horse Holdings Limited, being the corporation formed or incorporated under that name in New Zealand
Lloyds Bank International Limited, being the corporation formed or incorporated under that name in the United Kingdom
Lloyds Bank Plc, being the corporation formed or incorporated under that name in the United Kingdom
The National Bank of New Zealand Limited, being the corporation formed or incorporated under that name in New Zealand".
