I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Banks (Shareholdings) Act 1972.

Schedule

The Schedule to the Banks (Shareholdings) Regulations is amended by inserting after Item 1a the following item:

"1b Barclays Bank Australia Limited ....	Barclays PLC, being the corporation formed or incorporated under that name in the United Kingdom
Barclays Bank PLC, being the corporation formed or incorporated under that name in the United Kingdom".
