I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Banks (Shareholdings) Act 1972.

Schedule

The Schedule to the Banks (Shareholdings) Regulations is amended by inserting after Item 2a the following item:

"2ab Citibank Savings Limited ....	Citibank Limited
Citibank N.A., being the corporation formed or incorporated under that name in the United States of America
Citibank Overseas Investment Corporation, being the corporation formed or incorporated under that name in the United States of America
Citicorp, being the corporation formed or incorporated under that name in the United States of America
Nessus Investment Corporation, being the corporation formed or incorporated under that name in the United States of America".
