Banks (Shareholdings) Regulations2

(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Banks (Shareholdings) Act 1972.

Schedule

The Schedule to the Banks (Shareholdings) Regulations is amended by inserting after Item 2aba the following item:

"2ac

 Hongkong Bank of Australia Limited ....

Hongkong Australia Holdings Pty Limited

The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation, being the corporation formed or incorporated under that name in Hong Kong

Victorian Economic Development Corporation, being the corporation constituted under the Victorian Economic Development Corporation Act 1981 of the State of Victoria".
