I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Banks (Shareholdings) Act 1972.

Schedule

The Schedule to the Banks (Shareholdings) Regulations is amended by

inserting after Item lA the following item:

“ lAB Bankers Trust Australia Limited Bankers International Corporation,

being the corporation formed or incorporated under that name in the United States of America

(S.R. 35/86) —Cat. No. 10/14.2.1986

Bankers Trust Company, being the corporation formed or incorporated under that name in the United States of America

Bankers Trust New York Corporation, being the corporation formed or incorporated under that name in the United States of America

BT Foreign Investment Corporation, being the corporation formed or incorporated under that name in the United States of America

BT International (Delaware) Inc., being the corporation formed or incorporated under that name in the United States of America

BT Investments (Australia) Limited, being the corporation formed or incorporated under that name in the United States of America’’.
