I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Banks (Shareholdings) Act 1972.

Schedule

The Schedule to the Banks (Shareholding) Regulations is amended by adding at the end the following item:

"6

 Standard Chartered Bank  Australia Limited

Standard Chartered Bank, being the corporation formed or incorporated under that name in the United Kingdom

Standard Chartered Investments Pty. Limited

Standard Chartered PLC, being the corporation formed or incorporated under that name in the United Kingdom.".
