I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Banks (Shareholdings) Act 1972.

Schedule

The Schedule to the Banks (Shareholdings) Regulations is amended by inserting after Item 1 the following item:

"1aa  Bank of America Australia Limited	Bank America Corporation, being the corporation formed or incorporated under that name in the United States of America
Bank of America National Trust and Savings Association, being the corporation formed or incorporated under that name in the United States of America
Coles Myer Ltd.
K mart Corporation, being the corporation formed or incorporated under that name in the United States of America
K mart Holdings Pty. Limited".
