I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Banks (Shareholdings) Act 1972.

Schedule

The Schedule to the Banks (Shareholdings) Regulations is amended by inserting after Item 1aa the following item:

"1aab  Bank of Singapore (Australia) Limited	OCBC Holdings (Australia) Pty. Ltd.
Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation Limited, being the corporation formed or incorporated under that name in Singapore".
