I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Banks (Shareholdings) Act 1972.

Schedule

The Schedule to the Banks (Shareholdings) Regulations is amended by inserting after Item 2AB the following item:

"2abaa  Civic Advance Bank Limited	Advance Bank Australia Limited
Permanent Trustee Company Limited
Permanent Trustee Nominees     (Canberra) Limited".
