I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Banks (Shareholdings) Act 1972.

Schedule

The Schedule to the Banks (Shareholdings) Regulations is amended by inserting after Item 4B the following item:

 

"4C National Mutual Royal Savings Bank

(N.S.W.) Limited

National Mutual Royal Bank Limited

National Mutual Royal Savings Bank Limited

RBC Australia Holdings Limited

The National Mutual Life Association of Australasia Limited

The Royal Bank of Canada, being the corporation formed or incorporated under that name in Canada".
