Banks (Shareholdings) Regulations2

(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Banks (Shareholdings) Act 1972.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 July 1987.

Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Banks (Shareholdings) Regulations is amended by inserting after Item 5 the following item:

"5a Primary Industry Bank of Australia Limited	R and I Investment Holdings Pty. Ltd.
The Commissioners of the Rural and Industries Bank of Western Australia".
