Banks (Shareholdings) Regulations2

(Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Banks (Shareholdings) Act 1972.

Commencement

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 October 1987.

Schedule

2. The Schedule to the Banks (Shareholdings) Regulations is amended by omitting from Column 3 of Item 2ac “Victorian Economic Development Corporation, being the corporation constituted under the Victorian Economic Development Corporation Act 1981 of the State of Victoria”.
