Banks (Shareholdings) Regulations2

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Banks (Shareholdings) Act 1972.

Commencement

1. These Regulations commence on 3 April 1989.

Repeal of Regulation 5

2. Regulation 5 of the Banks (Shareholdings) Regulations is repealed.

Schedule

3. The Schedule to the Banks (Shareholdings) Regulations is amended by omitting from Column 3 of item 2b:

"Western Australian Development Corporation, being the body corporate established under the Western Australian Development Corporation Act 1983 of the State of Western Australia".
