Banks (Shareholdings) Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, The Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Banks (Shareholdings) Act 1972.

1.   Amendment

1.1   The Banks (Shareholdings) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

 These Regulations commence on gazettal: see Acts Interpretation Act 1901, s. 48.]

2.   Schedule (Banks and persons specified for purposes of regulations 3 and 4)

2.1   Item 3:

Omit the item, substitute:

“3	Lloyds Bank NZA Limited	Black Horse Holdings Limited, being the corporation formed or incorporated under that name in New Zealand
Lloyds Bank Plc, being the corporation formed or incorporated under that name in the United Kingdom
Lloyds Bank Subsidiaries Limited, being the corporation formed or incorporated under that name in the United Kingdom
The National Bank of New Zealand Limited, being the corporation formed or incorporated under that name in New Zealand
NBNZ Holdings Limited, being the corporation formed or incorporated under that name in New Zealand”.
