I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Banks (Shareholdings) Act 1972.

Schedule

The Schedule to the Banks (Shareholdings) Regulations is amended by omitting items 4a, 4b and 4c and substituting the following items:

“4a National Mutual Royal Bank Limited	Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited
“4b National Mutual Royal Savings Bank Limited	National Mutual Royal Bank Limited
Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited.”.
