Banks (Shareholdings) Regulations 2(Amendment)

I, The ADMINISTRATOR of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Banks (Shareholdings) Act 1972.

1.   Amendment

1.1   The Banks (Shareholdings) Regulations are amended as set out in these Regulations.

[NOTE: These Regulations commence on gazettal: see Acts Interpretation Act 1901, s. 48.]

2.   Schedule (Banks and persons specified for purposes of regulations 3 and 4)

2.1  Item 5A:

Omit the item, substitute:

“5A	Primary Industry Bank of Australia Limited	Rabobank International Holding BV, being the corporation formed or incorporated under that name in the Netherlands
Rabobank Nederland, being the corporation formed or incorporated under that name in  the Netherlands”.
