His Excellency the Lieutenant-Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Banks and Bank Holidays Act 1912.

2APEC public holiday taken not to be a business day

The APEC public holiday (within the meaning of Part 3 of Schedule 5 to the Banks and Bank Holidays Act 1912) is taken not to be a business day for the purposes of Part 4 of the Dust Diseases Tribunal Regulation 2007.
