BANKS AND BANK HOLIDAYS
(AMENDMENT) ACT.
Act No. 10, 1925.
An Act to provide that when Anzac Day falls on a Sunday the next following Monday shall be a bank holiday ; for this purpose to amend the Banks and Bank Holidays Act, 1 9 1 2 ; and for purposes connected therewith. [Assented to, 2nd December, 1925.]

1 . This Act may be cited as the " Banks and Bank Holidays (Amendment) Act, 1925."
| 2. The Banks and Bank Holidays Act, 1912, as amended by subsequent Acts, is amended by inserting in Part I of the Fourth Schedule, immediately he fore the words " or Christmas Lay," the words " or the twenty-fifth day of April (Anzac Day)." | PUBLIC |
