AN ACT to amend an Act to regulate the Establishment. of Banking Companies in the Colony of Western Australia, and to enable the proprietors of such Companies to sue and be sued in the name of any one of their Public Officers.

[Assented to 23rd December, 1905.]

1)E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by and I) with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows :—

1. The Act passed in the eighth year of the reign of King Amendment of 8

William the Fourth, intituled " An Act to regulate the Establishment

of Banking Companies in the Colony of Western Australia, and to enable the proprietors of such Companies to sue and be sued in the name of any one of their Public Officers," is hereby amended by striking out the words " Colonial Secretary," wherever those words appear in the said Act, and by inserting in place thereof the words " Colonial Treasurer."
