RULES UNDER THE BANKRUPTCY ACT 1966

AMENDMENTS OF THE BANKRUPTCY RULES
(a) by omitting from sub-rule (2) “$450” and substituting “$540”;
(b) by omitting from paragraph (a) of sub-rule (2) “$40” and substituting “$48”; and
(c) by omitting from paragraph (b) of sub-rule (2) “$45” and substituting “$54”.

(2) The provisions of sub-rule 162 (2) of the Bankruptcy Rules as in force immediately before the commencement of these Rules apply in relation to proceedings instituted on or after 21 February 1978 and before the commencement of these Rules as if the amendments effected by rule 1 had not been made.
(3) The amendment effected by rule 2 does not apply in relation to work done before the commencement of these Rules.
(4) The provisions of sub-rule 162 (1) of, and Schedule 3 to, the Bankruptcy Rules as in force immediately before the commencement of these Rules apply in relation to work done on or after 21 February 1978 and before the commencement of these Rules as if the amendment effected by rule 2 had not been made.
