Bankruptcy Rules (Amendment) (Cth)
I, THE
GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of
the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Rules under the
Dated 22 April 1986.

1. These Rules shall come into operation on 1 May 1986.
2. Rule 162 of the Bankruptcy Rules is amended—(a) by omitting from sub-rule (2) “$675” and substituting “$800”;
(b) by omitting from paragraph (2) (a) “$60” and substituting “$71”; and
(c) by omitting from paragraph (2) (b) “$68” and substituting “$80”.
