Amendment of the Bankruptcy Rules 1928.
(Statutory Rules 1928, No. 8, as amended to this date.)
Rule 349 of the Bankruptcy Rules 1928 is amended by omitting from sub-rule (2.) the words “the Registrar” and inserting in their stead the words “the Inspector-General”.
