I, PHILIP MICHAEL JEFFERY, Governor‑General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under subsection 2 (1) of the Bankruptcy Legislation Amendment (Superannuation Contributions) Act 2007, fix 27 April 2007 as the day on which item 1 of Schedule 2 to that Act commences.
