Bankruptcy Legislation Amendment Act 2010
I, QUENTIN BRYCE, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under items 2 and 5 of the table in subsection 2 (1) of the Bankruptcy Legislation Amendment Act 2010, fix 1 December 2010 as the day on which Schedules 1 and 2 and Part 2 of Schedule 4 to that Act commence.
