AN ACT to amend sections twenty-six and thirty-eight of the Bankruptcy Act, 1892 (55 Victorise No. 32).

BE it enacted by the King's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent
of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
| This Act may be cited as the Bankruptcy Act Amendment Act, 1950, and shall be read as one with the Bankruptcy Act, 1892 (Act 55 Victorim No. 32, as amended by Act 62 Victorim No. 15 and affected by Act No. 36 of 1935), hereinafter referred to as the principal Act. | short title. |

3. Section twenty-six of the principal Act lb .101;r2linent
amended by deleting the words "for a period of not less than two years" in paragraph (ii) of subsection (2) and substituting therefore the words "for a specified period".
4. Section thirty-eight of the principal Act is Marlene
amended by deleting the words "eight pounds" in subsection six and substituting therefor the words "three pounds two shillings and sixpence".
