REGULATION UNDER THE BANKING ACT 1959-1967.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Banking Act 1959-1967.

Amendments of the Banking (Statistics) Regulations 

Prescribed dates for trading banks to furnish balance-sheets and statements.

Regulation 4 of the Banking (Statistics) Regulations is amended—

(a) by inserting in the table in that regulation, after the words—

“Australia and New Zealand Bank Limited .. ..

the words—

30th September

 

“Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited ..

30th September”;

 

and

(b) by omitting from the table in that regulation the words—

“The English, Scottish and Australian Bank, Limited .. 30th June”.

 and inserting in their stead the words—

 

“The English, Scottish and Australian Bank, Limited .. 30th September”.
