Banking (Statistics) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Banking Act 1959.

Prescribed dates for savings banks to furnish balance-sheets and statements

Regulation 5 of the Banking (Statistics) Regulations is amended by inserting each of the following items in its appropriate alphabetical position (determined on a letter-by-letter basis) in the table:

"Challenge Bank Limited...................................................................... 30 September";

and

"National Mutual Royal Savings Bank (N.S.W.) Limited.............. 30 September".
