1Name of Regulations

 These Regulations are the Banking (Statistics) Amendment Regulations 2000 (No. 1).

2Commencement

 These Regulations commence on 1 July 2000.

3Amendment of Banking (Statistics) Regulations 1989

Schedule 1 amends the Banking (Statistics) Regulations 1989.

[1]Paragraphs 6 (2) (a) and (b)

substitute

  • (a)

    is to be prepared as at the close of business on the last day of each month; and

  • (b)

    is to be given to APRA not later than 14 days after the last day of that month; and
