REGULATION UNDER THE BANKING ACT 1945.*

advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation
under the

Amendment of the Banking (Gold) Regulations.
The Schedule to the Banking (Gold) Regulations is amended by omitting the words “Garrett and Davidson Proprietary Limited” and inserting in their stead the words “Garrett, Davidson & Matthey Pty. Limited”.
