Banking exemption No. 1 of 2007

Banking Act 1959

I, Thomas Karp, a delegate of APRA, under subsection 11(4) of the Banking Act 1959 (the Act), VARY Banking exemption No. 1 of 2006, made on 26 June 2006, as specified in the attached Schedule.

This instrument comes into effect the day that it is registered under the Legislative Instruments Act 2003.

Interpretation

In this Notice

APRA means the Australian Prudential Regulation Authority.

Schedule

1.         Schedule 2 to Banking exemption No. 1 of 2006 is varied by inserting in that Schedule a new dot point “Catholic Development Fund Diocese of Port Pirie” after “Archdiocese of Perth – Catholic Development Fund”.
